Dear Parent/Guardian. Good day Please note the following:-
All students in grade 1 are asked to stay home on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, to facilitate the teachers of this grade who will be in attendance at a Ministry of Education, Youth & Information GOILP Workshop.

Thursday October, 31, 2019 is LITERACY CHARACTER DAY & BOOK FAIR . A contribution of $100.00 per child is expected. Each child is to be dressed up in his/her favourite story book character costume. Story books will be on sale. Food, Rides & Fun Galore will also be available on the day at the regular Fun Day cost.. $$$ !
School will close for National Heroes Day mid-term holidays on the afternoon – October 17, 2019 – October 21, 2019. School will re-open on Tuesday October 22, 2019 @ 8:00am.

PARENTS TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION (PTA) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at the Cecil Charlton Hall on November 14, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.

You are invited to a PARENTS’ FORUM at the Cecil Charlton Hall on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. This Forum will also highlight Parent of the Class as well as Parent of the Year 2019.

Grade 5 students who sat the PEP in Grade 4, will be asked to take home the PEP-4 result on Friday, October 11, 2019. Please collect this from your child and review immediately.

End of Unit One Parent/Teacher Conference for selected students/parents will be held on November 21, 2019. END OF CHRISTMAS TERM-1 Assessment will be from Monday, December 9– 12, 2019

You are invited to join us on Friday, December 13, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Mandeville Evangelistic Centre for our CHRISTMAS CONCERT. Admission: Adults: $300.00; children $100.00. Tickets will be available at the school, from your child’s teacher.

Pre-Christmas PTA FUN DAY will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 8:00 am- 4:00pm. Entry Fee at the Gate $200.00 per person.

END OF TERM 1 TEACHER/PARENT REPORT & Consultation DAY will be on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The LAST DAY for classes in the Christmas Term 2019, will be on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 17, 2019. SCHOOL WILL REOPEN for all students on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 8:00am.
